Terms and Conditions of 5uvip — Clear Rules for Betting with Confidence

By accessing or using any service on the platform 5uvip — available at 5uvip.best — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you should not create an account or use the services.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the 5uvip.best website and all its subdomains, applications, and digital interfaces operated by 5uvip.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses, browses, or uses 5uvip's services, regardless of whether they are registered.
• "Account" refers to the individual profile created upon registration, linked to a unique CPF and managed exclusively by its holder.
• "Balance" refers to the BRL balance available in the user's account for betting, gaming, or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be withdrawn.

5uvip reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.

To create an account on 5uvip and use any betting or casino service, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be an individual resident in Brazil;
• Hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate personal details — full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number;
• Not be an employee, partner, director, or immediate family member of a 5uvip collaborator or its technology suppliers.

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration. False data will result in immediate account cancellation and potential forfeiture of any available balance, depending on the severity of the violation identified.

Each user may have one active account only on 5uvip, identified by CPF. Creating multiple accounts, whether using your own or third-party details, constitutes a serious violation of these terms and will result in all accounts involved being blocked, along with the cancellation of any associated bonuses or winnings.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place on your account. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password that you do not share with anyone. 5uvip will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone — if you receive such a request, disregard it and notify us immediately.

Identity verification (KYC): Before processing your first withdrawal, 5uvip may request identity documents — RG, CNH, or passport, proof of address, and where applicable, proof of the payment method used. The review period is up to 48 business hours. Withdrawals are suspended during verification, but deposits and betting remain available.

Inactive accounts: An account with no activity and no transactions for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. 5uvip may close inactive accounts after prior notification by email. Balances in inactive accounts remain available for withdrawal for up to 24 months from the date of last access.

All deposits and withdrawals at 5uvip are processed in Brazilian Real (BRL). 5uvip does not perform currency conversion and does not accept payments in foreign currencies. All available payment methods are exclusively Brazilian:

• Pix — deposits and withdrawals available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Minimum deposit: R$ 10.00. Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00. Average withdrawal approval: 12 seconds. No fees for the user.
• Credit and debit card — accepted card networks subject to availability. Deposits processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals to debit cards available within 1–3 business days.
• PicPay — instant deposit, withdrawal within 1 hour.
• Mercado Pago — instant deposit, withdrawal within 1 hour.
• Bank slip — deposit credited within 2 business days of payment. Not available for withdrawals.
• TED — transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, or any Brazilian bank. Deposits and withdrawals processed within 1 business day.

5uvip is not responsible for delays caused by the user's financial institution. Deposits not credited within 2 hours (Pix) must be reported to support along with proof of payment.

Sports Betting at 5uvip covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, e-sports (CS2, LoL, Valorant, Free Fire), and more. • Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user after the event has started, unless the Cash Out feature is available and active for that market;
• Bet outcomes are determined by the official score or result published by the competition's governing body. Provisional results are not taken into account;
• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and the wagered amount is fully refunded to the user's balance;
• Events suspended after kick-off: bets on markets whose outcome was already determined before the suspension will stand. All other bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport;
• 5uvip reserves the right to limit bets, adjust maximum limits, or decline bets from accounts showing unusual patterns, without prejudice to notifying the user;
• Minimum bets from R$ 1.00 per market. Maximum bets vary by market and event.

The 5uvip live casino features roulette (European, Lightning Roulette, Live Brazilian Roulette, and over 40 variants), baccarat, blackjack, live poker, game shows, slots, and crash games. All games are provided by internationally licensed and audited providers, including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play.

Casino game outcomes are determined by:

• Real physical equipment (live roulette, baccarat, blackjack): the ball, cards, and wheel are physical objects handled by trained dealers in certified studios, streamed live. No RNG algorithm is used for these games;
• Certified RNG (slots, crash games, RNG roulette): random number generators audited by independent laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is listed on its individual information page.

5uvip is not responsible for transmission failures caused by the user's internet connection during live games. In the event of a verified disconnection mid-round, the round outcome is determined by the studio's system and is considered final.

5uvip offers a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, boosted odds, and other promotions throughout the year. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions described on each promotion's page. The general rules are:

• Rollover (wagering requirement): every bonus balance has a rollover multiplier that must be met before withdrawal. Example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover requires R$ 500.00 in valid wagers;
• Bets eligible for rollover: only bets with minimum odds of 1.5 (or the equivalent in casino games with RTP ≥ 95%) count toward rollover completion. Bets on suspended or cancelled markets do not count;
• Expiration date: bonuses have a set timeframe for use and rollover completion, as stated in the promotion description (generally 7 to 30 days). Expired bonuses are removed from the balance with no possibility of recovery;
• Per-user limit: each promotion is available once per CPF, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus abuse: patterns identified as bonus abuse — betting both sides of the same event, using multiple accounts, or employing zero-risk strategies to meet rollover requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

5uvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice, provided that users who have already activated a bonus have their original terms honored.

The user agrees not to engage in, attempt, or facilitate any of the following conduct on the 5uvip platform:

• Creating more than one account per CPF or using third-party information to register accounts;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification (KYC) process;
• Use the platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any activity that violates Brazilian law;
• Use scripts, bots, automation software, or any electronic means to place bets or access the platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting bugs, technical flaws, or known odds inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained in this way will be voided;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse support team members or other users on the platform's communication channels;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse-engineer the software, or compromise the security of 5uvip's systems.

5uvip believes that Sports Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment — and like all entertainment, they need healthy boundaries. The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit limit — daily, weekly, and monthly, configurable by the user;
• Per-session bet limit — maximum amount wagered in a single session;
• Loss limit — maximum loss amount within a set period;
• Session break — temporary access block for a chosen period (24h, 48h, 7 days);
• Temporary self-exclusion — 30, 60, or 90 days without access to the platform;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — permanent account closure, irreversible.

All restrictions take effect immediately upon configuration. Restriction limits cannot be relaxed within the same period — they can only be made stricter.

5uvip collects and processes personal data in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Create and maintain the user account;
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions;
• Verify identity and prevent fraud (KYC/AML);
• Send communications about your account, bets, and promotions (with the option to unsubscribe at any time);
• Improve our services based on aggregated and anonymized data.

• Scheduled maintenance windows, communicated at least 2 hours in advance;
• Internet connection failures on the user's end;
• Fluctuations or outages in the Brazilian financial system affecting Pix or TED processing;
• Force majeure events — pandemics, natural disasters, third-party cyberattacks, or government regulatory decisions;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information obtained outside the platform.

5uvip's maximum liability for any individual claim is limited to the available balance in the user's account at the time of the incident, except where Brazilian law mandates a higher level of liability.

5uvip may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 7 calendar days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

User-initiated closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance will be processed for withdrawal before closure, subject to the processing time of each payment method. Unfulfilled bonus balances will be cancelled without reimbursement.

Closure by 5uvip: 5uvip may close or suspend accounts in the following situations:

• Proven violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illicit activity under investigation;
• A regulatory or court order requiring account closure;
• Extended inactivity as described in Section 3.

In cases of account closure due to serious violations, 5uvip reserves the right to withhold balances until the internal investigation is concluded, in compliance with the user's rights under Brazilian law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For any dispute arising from the use of the 5uvip platform, the courts of District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before taking any legal action, we encourage amicable dispute resolution. Users may open a formal dispute via the support chat or by email suporte@5uvip.best. 5uvip is committed to reviewing and responding to all disputes within 48 business hours.

For consumer protection matters, users may contact their state's PROCON or the consumidor.gov.br platform.
